LinkPreview provides a platform for creating custom link previews with personalized Open Graph tags. Our service allows users to generate shareable links with custom titles, descriptions, and images for various social media platforms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create links to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content

5. Subscription Plans

LinkPreview offers different subscription tiers:

• Guest: Limited to 1 link per week without registration
• Free: 3 links per week with account registration
• Link+: 25 links per month with analytics and premium features

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LinkPreview and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

LinkPreview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
